Level III
Duration: 45hrs (as mandated by the State of Texas)
Time: Class is held 9am to 6:30pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday.
On Thursday it is held from 9am to 6pm for drive time back from the range to the classroom. Lunch is from 1pm- 1:30pm
Orientation (1st class) begins at 8:45am Monday

For 2-3 month re-qualifications, 6 hours of Inservice retraining is required. (AKA Continuing Education.)
Inservice is available on Monday, Wednesday, or Saturday. Shooting is done on Thursdays from 9am-11am.
If your Inservice is already complete, your diploma can be picked up at the range.
Class sessions are FREE and snacks are provided.
A reasonable diploma fee is charged after payday- with our famous *Work Guarantee* we give you the training, find you a job,
and can even get you a paycheck before you pay us!
Financial aid is available on an individual basis if needed- we want you to succeed, so talk to us if you could use some help.
There is a modest range fee ($50) for weapons training which includes targets, 9mm ammunition, range fees, & trainers’
fees. The Security Academy of Texas has loaner shotguns and handguns for use at no additional charge. Revolver ammunition
is an additional $5, .40S&W ammunition is an additional $12, .45acp ammunition is an additional $15.
